Having grown up in Cognac, France, Tristan has always been surrounded by the Wine & Spirits world. What started as working on the family estate vineyards, grew into an exploration of vineyard sites across the world. Over the past several years he has worked in many different sectors of the wine industry honing his extensive knowledge and expertise. A dynamic speaker, Tristan's passion for telling the story of pioneering, family-owned wineries in the Southern Hemisphere is captivating. Welcome Wine -Jansz Brut Single Vineyard, Tasmania, Australia
Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Tasmania ranging from the Pipers River and Tamar Valley regions in the North to
the Coal River Valley in the South; representing the best of sparkling Tasmania.

Flight 1 - Whites
-Tilia Torrontés, Mendoza, Argentina
Torrontés is indigenous to Argentina and has a unique profile that has quickly made it the country's signature white grape. The high-altitude vineyard where the Tilia Torrontés grapes are sourced sits at an incredibly high 5,500 feet above sea level.

-Pewsey Vale Vineyard Dry Riesling, Eden Valley, Australia
A beautiful blend from most of the blocks on the vineyard, this wine expresses the hallmarks of Eden Valley and the Pewsey Vale Vineyard.

-Catena Appellation Luján de Cuyo White Clay, Mendoza, Argentina
Semillón and Chenin Blanc used to be the two most widely planted white grape varieties in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza´s historical region for premium wines.
Semillón came to Argentina in the 19th century. A century ago, the blend of Semillón and Chenin Blanc constituted the classic white wine of Argentina. Catena Appellation White Clay is their modern interpretation of this classic.

Flight 2 - Reds 
-Villa Maria Private Bin Pinot Noir, Marlborough, New Zealand
Pinot Noir has found a home away from home in New Zealand. The Private Bin Pinot Noir is a blend from specially chosen vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys. The varying soil types, meso-climates offer different tannin structures, flavors and aromas to the wine.

-Catena Appellation Cabernet Franc, Mendoza, Argentina
Mendoza Province is Argentina’s most important winemaking region.100% Cabernet Franc, grown in the sandy – loam soils provides concentrated ripe red berries,
with a touch of spicy black pepper and eucalyptus.

-Catena Appellation Paraje Altamira Malbec 2020, Mendoza, Argentina
Family vintners for over 100 years, the Catena’s are recognized internationally for their pioneering role in high-altitude viticulture and in leading Argentina’s Malbec revolution. In the 1950s, Don Domingo Catena began sourcing Malbec from the vineyards of Altamira in the Uco Valley.

Closing Wines
-Catena Argentino Mendoza, Argentina
Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino is made from a meticulous vine selection in the best lots of the Catena family’s estate vineyards. These Zapata vines are carefully hand tended and produce extremely low yields. The grapes are micro-fermented in new French oak barriques and the wine is then aged for 24 months in new French oak.
This wine is made in very limited quantities.

-Yalumba Antique Tawny, South Australia
Yalumba first began making wines at the Angaston winery more than 167 years ago, and the production of fortified wines has long been part of that history. Today, Yalumba maintains its reputation for premium quality fortified wines by occasionally releasing very small parcels of show reserve stocks.
This velvety wine is blended from antique barrels of their very best tawny, and laid down in their historic cellars over many years. Transport your palate to the fabulous growing regions of the Southern Hemisphere & unlock an array of unbelievably captivating flavors!
